These terms govern your use of Our Game. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them. Please read them — they are written to be understood.

What Our Game is
Our Game is a private reflective tool for parents and caregivers. It generates personalised questions about a child's game or digital world and uses answers to build a private Game Portrait. It is not a diagnostic tool, a mental health service, or a substitute for professional care.
Who can use it
Our Game accounts are for adults aged 18 and over. Children do not create accounts, log in, or interact with the service directly. By creating an account, you confirm that you are the parent or caregiver of the child whose information you enter.
What you pay for
The 10-Day Portrait is a one-time purchase of $9.99 per child. It gives you 10 personalised questions, a completed Portrait, and a private PDF. Additional digital worlds for the same child are free. An additional child's Portrait is a separate $9.99 one-time purchase. The Our Game Club is an optional $9.99/month subscription on the account (covers all children), available only after your first Portrait is complete. Prices are in USD. Payment is processed by a third-party provider; we do not store card details.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel Club membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period. The 10-Day Portrait is non-refundable once questions have been delivered. If you encounter a technical issue preventing delivery, contact us within 7 days.
Your content
Answers, observations, and Portrait content that you enter belong to you. We do not claim ownership over content you create. We process it only to deliver the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your content at any time.
What we provide and what we do not
Our Game provides a structured question framework and insight summary based on the answers you share. These are informational only. They are not diagnoses, clinical assessments, or professional advice. We do not guarantee any particular outcome for your relationship with your child.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Our Game to harass, collect data on children without caregiving authority, circumvent security controls, post illegal content in the Club, or misrepresent yourself. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Intellectual property
The question framework, insight methodology, design, and software of Our Game are our property. You may not reproduce, sell, or create derivative works from them without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Our Game's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We will notify you of material changes by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may close your account before the change takes effect.
