Who this policy covers.
This policy applies to the Our Game website, the 10-Day Portrait, private Game Portraits, parent accounts, and the Our Game Club.
Our Game is designed for parents and caregivers aged 18 and over. Children do not create accounts and the service does not collect information through a child login.
Information provided, generated, and observed.
1.1 ACCOUNT AND TRANSACTION INFORMATION — Parent email, age confirmation, account identifier, optional Club username, support messages, purchase status and transaction references. Payment-card details are handled by the provider and not stored by Our Game.
1.2 PORTRAIT INFORMATION ENTERED BY THE PARENT — Child nickname or first name if supplied, age, game or digital world, parent observations and words the parent chooses to save.
1.3 INFORMATION GENERATED BY THE SERVICE — Personalized questions, recurring evidence, draft insights, completed Portraits, update history and source-answer links.
1.4 CLUB, DEVICE AND USE INFORMATION — Optional Club posts and replies, sharing identity, IP address, device/browser details, essential cookies, security logs and permitted analytics.
Data minimisation. Use a nickname. Leave out their full name, game handle, school, address, and exact location.
Why we use each category.
Depending on location, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligations.
The product remembers. The parent stays in control.
Our systems compare previous answers and parent observations to draft the next question and suggest recurring themes for the Portrait.
They are not used to make legal, educational, medical, credit, employment, or similarly significant decisions.
The parent can add context, correct an observation, or delete a Portrait.
These outputs are informational. They are not diagnoses.
How long information remains.
Rights depend on where you live. Controls should not.

Children and parents.
Our Game accounts are for parents and caregivers aged 18 and over. Children do not create accounts. The parent controls what child-related information enters the service. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. If you believe a child has submitted information directly, contact us at privacy@ourgame.club.
International transfers.
Where we transfer data outside your country, we rely on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or equivalent mechanisms. A list of active transfer mechanisms is available on request.
Security.
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is fully secure. We will notify you of material breaches according to applicable law.
